These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 999bf platform ("Platform", "Site") and all its services. By creating an account on 999bf or using any service on the site, you ("User", "Player") are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using our platform. 999bf reserves the right to change these Terms at any time; continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To open an account and use services on the 999bf platform, you must meet the following conditions:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account on 999bf. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and the accumulated balance will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number — must be completely accurate and up to date. If any details change, the support team must be notified promptly.

3.3 Password & Login Security

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999bf currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. This timeframe applies once verification is complete and there are no pending bonus requirements.

4.4 Payment Method Verification

The mobile banking account used for withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's own name. Sending funds to third-party accounts is prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳12,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonuses are solely for your own entertainment play at 999bf — playing on behalf of others or exploiting bonus schemes is prohibited.
• 999bf reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.
• 999bf reserves the right to change promotional offers.

The 999bf VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Cashback is credited to the account within a set period. The method for determining VIP tier and calculating cashback is at the sole discretion of 999bf. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 999bf will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999bf and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting any technical glitch in the system.
• Playing on behalf of other players or managing their accounts.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner toward other users or staff.
• Attempting to deliberately manipulate game outcomes.

999bf reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account during an investigation.

8.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

9.1 Bet Acceptance

If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is declared cancelled by the relevant authority, the wager amount for that bet will be refunded.

9.3 Live Betting

During live betting, bet amounts and markets may change. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request to close their account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. Make sure to withdraw any outstanding balance before closing the account.

10.2 Suspension by 999bf

999bf reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice due to breach of terms, suspected fraud, or security-related reasons.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

999bf may take maintenance action on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Players will be notified by email in advance.
